A research paper should be innovative. Finding something new in the history of science, which did not exist before, is a challenging issue.This innovation is not only theorization, it can be a new language, a new method, a new problem, or a new definition in the history of science. If the orientation of the article is not promotional and informative, the scientific journals do not publish it
