Detection and prevention of publishing articles with plagiarism has become one of the major concerns of international journals. Based on the publication ethics, “publishers” are responsible for the detection of this violation and prevention of the publication of articles with plagiarism.
This issue has been taken into consideration with the increasing number of scientific papers in developing countries in the past decade. With the growing importance of the quantity of articles in developing countries over the past two decades, the use of other researchers’ findings in articles has been increased.
